After working together in the kitchens of Centro and The Fifth they were inspired to open a restaurant with an... More unconventional vision of haute cuisine. By focusing on their traditional French training, yet highlighting their differing styles, they created a cutting-edge cuisine coupling it with excellent yet unpretentious service led by maitre'd Sarah Lyons. By catching the eye of both critics and customers alike, Amuse-Bouche has received continual rave reviews. Linda Bernard of toronto.com named Amuse-Bouche in her Top Ten Restaurants of 2005, and James Chatto of Toronto Life has named them number twenty of his Top 20 Restaurants in Toronto.
