Sincere as the church pews that serve as banquettes, it's filled with people discussing with gusto the last word in theatre, art, or politics. The open kitchen serves up hunks of garlic bread dripping with herbs and cheese, heaping platters of... More lime-sauced chicken brochette, grilled mahi-mahi, and crusty lamb chops. Daily veggies are scalloped potatoes, carrots and onion, stir fried zucchini, and a cheese-topped baked tomato in big home-size portions. Seafood pizza is a deep-dish gourmet tap dance accompanies by a generous green salad. The chewy crust brims with lush ratatouille, piles of shrimp and squid, and a melt of mozzarella. Share a slab of fab chocolate cake for a sweet finish.
