Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (1 year mat. leave)

Reporting to: President, Vice-President

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable
- Process sales agreements and create customer invoices in QuickBooks
- Post received payments in QuickBooks
- Regular customer billing
- Create weekly, monthly and quarterly AR reports
- Contact delinquent and collect money on past due accounts

Accounts Payable
- Post bills in QuickBooks
- Pay vendors and contractors and write cheques upon request

Admin and Payroll Responsibilities
- Assist ADP in processing payroll
- Calculate commissions for the sales team
- Make bank deposits - submit monthly Government remittances
- Create various financial reports upon request

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- General knowledge of Accounting Principles
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word / Excel / Outlook)
- Experience in accounting environment is an asset
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills

Account Manager

Dine.TO is seeking a Full time Account Manager

The successful candidate will be required to:
- Manage and renew a large portfolio of house accounts
- Deal with all aspects of clients' "Singleapp" campaign
- Possess strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Achieve sales targets from existing portfolio of clients
- Attend client meetings and be comfortable with face-to-face interactions
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
- Complete administrative work and necessary forms as required
- Possess excellent organisational and time management skills
- Obtain a willingness to work long hours past 9 to 5 if needed

Basic Minimum Requirements:
- A University/College degree is required for this position
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Sales role
- Must have a vehicle for transportation
- PC and Internet proficiency is a must
- Restaurant passion, knowledge and experience is a bonus

Daily Professional Sales experience in - Cold-Calling, Account Management, Maintaining Monthly Sales & Quarterly Quotas
