The restaurant operates September through June (closed holiday weekends), serving "beautifully modulated food... More that doesn't have to show off to be noticed" (Gourmet). The Grill's dining room boasts a vaulted ceiling, hand-painted stained glass windows, and great birds-eye views into both Hart House's oak-panelled Great Hall and its sculpture-studded quadrangle.

Gallery Grill is located at the east end of the second floor in Hart House at 7 Hart House Circle (west end of Wellesley Street). The closest major intersection is Hoskin Avenue & Queen's Park Circle.
Parking is generally available on campus; use pay and display ticket machines.
Accessibility: Use Hart House's ramped west entrance, which faces Tower Road. There is an elevator inside the building roughly half-way along the main corridor.
