Glow Fresh Grill & Wine Bar

I was dining at the Glow yesterday with my family for the first time. Jugging by the number of people trying to get in and dining inside already, I had a good feeling already. Menu looked good and after short intro by the waiter, we placed an order. In short, the food was good with the exeption of the side dish that came with my daughter's fish. That was finger patatoes that looked as they were stail ones warmed up before serving. But that was OK and all is good till we decided to check-out the deserts. The only one that was avilable and served was the one that the waiter is presenting to you. That was a bunsh of shot-glass filled type. They looked good and after choosing 3 of them we were ready to taste. After first bite of each we all came to the conclusion, at the same time, that is was the worst desert experience for us in quite some time (that was stail, full of sugar and completely uneatable). After leaving the desert almost untouched and being a "not a complaing type of people that we are", we asked for the bill and were ready to leave. The bill came almost half an hour later despite our numerous requests and gestures. When it finally came, we were ancious to pay and get out. I had to mention to the waiter about the desert in the end but he surprised us saying that he did not charged us for it (I did not even noticed it on the bill). The trick here is that he mentioned it to us after the bill was paid and the reason he mentioned that he did not charged us for it was that it (the desert) was not fresh and did not look good to them. Seriously, and you still served it to us without saying it? Who cares if you did not charged us for it we were there to pay for good food and not: not to pay for bad one. Anyways, is summary, good food overall but no deserts for us please, at least till they completely change it all together. And, please, get rid of thiis waiter, Mark E, he will chaise your customers away. Dr. N and family.
