The distinct flavours of Vietnamese food come primarily from: mint leaves, coriander, lemon grass, shrimp, fish sauces, star anise, ginger, black pepper, garlic, basil, rice vinegar, sugar, and green onions. These authentic flavours are enhanced with French influence to produce a unique palate.
Our soups are exceptionally delicious, available in 3 bases Pho, Hot & Sour and Hues Lemongrass; no other meal warms you up quite like Vietnamese Noodle soup from Hue's kitchen.
Signature dishes include curry lamb, butter chicken, spicy grilled chicken on Pad Thai with shrimp, shrimp chicken beef on fried vermicelli, teriyaki chicken & beef skewers. Vegetarians can enjoy wild mushrooms and fried tofu on crispy noodle or 3- sauce tofu. Seafood lovers can enjoy 3-sauce salmon or jumbo shrimp, ginger-lime haddock and of course shrimp calamari crab.
