La Maquette Restaurant says...

Hi Ange,

We just wanted to say THANK-YOU THANK-YOU THANK-YOU to you and Khan and the rest of the service staff at La Maquette for helping us make our dreams come true on our wedding day. As cliche as it sounds, it really was the best day of our lives and we couldn't have done it without you and the La Maquette staff. The setting was beautiful and elegant and everything went off without a hitch (when the church bells across the street finally stopped - hahaha!) The food was amazing (we had a LOT of comments from guests about how good the food was) and the service staff were all so attentive and helpful. We especially loved the bartender who also turned out to not only be a skilled bartender, but a talented singer and dancer!!

Thank-you for a perfect evening! We will be back on our one year anniversary, if not several times before then.

Hi Mackenzie and Ange,

Terrence and I wanted to thank you for helping to make our wedding day so perfect. Everything was wonderful, from start to finish. All of our guests commented on how good the food was and how beautiful the restaurant looked. Ange, your coordination made everything run smoothly and the flowers that you picked from the market were gorgeous. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding.

I have been to La Maquette on three occasions in the last month. Many years ago I had been introduced to the restaurant and then too found it a very pleasent experience. But is the patio next to the sculpture garden that has really won my heart. It is so calm and relaxing with a very European flavour. I have each time brought someone new with me. But I must not forget the food which is always delicious. My favourite is the flash fried brie which I can't wait to taste again. As we live in Etobicoke, we can't easily just pop in but now that TIFF has moved to King Street you will see us more often.
