It is a family run restaurant specializing in Authentic Colombian Food. Favoured dishes include the Colombian Empanadas, Arepas (Colombian Corn Bread served with cheese) and Bandeja Paisa a traditional dish that combines steak, sausage, crackling pork and eggs with rice, beans, fried plantain and cornbread. La Paisa also offers live Latin entertainment every Saturday.
