The Distillery District is always promising; the wine and dine scene doesn?t slow down in the winter months. It heats up at Tappo Wine Bar & Restaurant, a gorgeous old building with sculptural "found" art in the form of machinery from the industrial era. Tappo creates an open feel with rough, exposed ceiling and original brick walls to lend the room drama. It?s romantic with candles in the evening hours, yet it still has a hip vibe.
Tappolicious is their answer to warming things up in February, with lunch and dinner prix fixe menus. The highlight will be the Tappolicious Game Menu with five different game options to choose from.
