Dishes draw heavily from artisanal ingredients that recall the chef's Calabrese and Barese roots. Both the regular menu and daily menu specials, favour authentic Italian cuisine with an Americano twist. In other words, you might treat yourself here to an octopus carpaccio, or a burata pugliese that... More tastes like the stiletto heel of Italy's boot has stamped down in Oak Ridges, but you can just as easily score a kick-ass order of classic veal parmigiana under a blanket of tangy sauce and Buffalo mozzarella. The preponderance of dark mahogany and fondness for dim lighting makes this York Region newcomer a favourite for romantics.
