A microbrewery-restaurant concept originating from generations of brewing tradition, headquartered in France with locations around the world including Quebec and Ontario. Located directly across the Eaton Centre, our microbrewery serves up fresh non-pasteurized beer made from the purest ingredients and from traditional recipes - all brewed on site. If not thirsty, we have a varied menu that includes bistro dishes, and local favourites. Our house specialty, in keeping with traditions from France, is the "Flammequeche", an Alsatian style open faced pie served with varied toppings. Come and discover an authentic beer-tasting experience you won't find anywhere else: beer brewed right on site, right in front of you and in the purest of traditions. Cheers
