Drawing inspiration from all the provinces, Trapper's has created a fine dining experience, which combines our culinary heritage and fresh Canadian ingredients. Mussels from PEI, Brome Lake duck from Quebec, Rainbow Trout from Muskoka, organic chicken from Ontario, Alberta Veal Chop, pure maple syrup from Quebec, in-season local Ontario produce, wine from Niagara and fresh Atlantic Salmon are just a sample of the dedication Trapper's has to exploring our Canadian culinary capabilities.
